Our warranty policy is 30 days from the date of purchase on your receipt. Our warranty policy is strictly on "Nursery Stock."
Nursery stock is defined by Trees & Shrubbery. Any tree or shrub over $69.99 will not have a warranty attached to the item. Sod, Annuals, Perennials, Topsoil, Mulch, Christmas trees, or any other perishable product we may sell will have no warranty whatsoever.
In order to be considered for warranty on items $69.99 or below you must have a register receipt (not just a credit card receipt) and proof of the defective product. Their is no warranty on sale, promotional or discounted products. No Exceptions!
All warranty items are refunded in the form of store credit. We do not warranty products that are pre-planted, dehydrated, or damaged in anyway.
Because of the perishable items we sell & the fierce demand of our merchandise all returns must be made within 24 hours of the date on your receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange the product must be in good condition and you must have the original register receipt - credit card receipts will not suffice.
All returns are refunded in a same day exchange or store credit. We do not refund in the form of cash whatsoever - No exceptions!
